Pricing and taxes
All prices on the website include tax.
We ship our packages mainly through DHL. In the Amsterdam West area we deliver by bike. For approximately 2 shirts costs are about €4,00 (mailbox delivery) larger orders will cost €6,95.
SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE €150 (within the Netherlands)
In Europe we ship to these countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. Costs vary by country and can be seen in the final step of the ordering process. The indicated delivery time is in addition to the delivery time specified for the product.
We don't ship outside of Europe at the moment.
Our supported payment methods are iDeal, PayPal, bank transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). An item is sold when payment is approved
When can I expect my order?
Where possible we ship orders the same or the next day after receiving your payment. We keep a small stock, so some products have to be printed and take a little longer. The estimated delivery time is visible when you select your preferred color/size. For orders from abroad, the indicated time is added.
Product not in stock?
Many of our items we print on demand, so you can order them even if they aren't in stock.
Shipping time for items that are not in stock is 1-2 weeks. For items that are in stock it's 2-3 days.
Shipping time varies for different sizes/colors and is displayed per item.
When we have stopped printing a specific item this written below the estimated delivery time.
Can I return items?
You are entitled to return products within 14 days of receiving your order without mention of reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to ship the order back to us. Return shipping costs will mostly not be reimbursed, you can find the exact costs on the website of your delivery company. If you wish to exchange or return items, the product will have to be in its original unused state. If you have any questions or wish to exchange an item you can contact us at [email protected]. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the item.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
